Jane Fraser ’64 Selected for Honorary Fellowship from Royal College of Speech & Language Therapists

Jane Fraser ’64 was selected to receive an honorary fellowship from the Royal College of Speech & Language Therapists. Fraser is the president of the Stuttering Foundation and was selected for her distinguished service in promoting the profession of speech and language therapy. She will be honored on September 17 in Leeds, England.

Fraser has served as president of the Stuttering Foundation, started by her father more than six decades ago, since 1981. The Foundation provides a helpline and free resources to support people who stutter and their families, as well as support for research into the causes of stuttering. Fraser is the author of If Your Child Stutters: A Guide for Parents and also vice president of the Action for Stammering Children, Michael Palin Centre in London.
